The Middle Tennessee Robotic Arts Society presents their 9th combat robot event: "Engineered For Destruction 9".
Antweight, Beetle and Fairyweight.
The competition will follow SPARC rules and judging criteria.
Schedule will be as follows:
12:00 PM Safety, Lunch, Check-in and setup
12:45 PM: Fights start
3:45 PM: Awards
Other notes:
- All minors (<18) must be accompanied by a guardian in order to complete the on-site waiver and compete
- No flamethrowers or ICE powered robots will be permitted
- Pit tables and power will be provided, though extra extension cords and multiple outlets are appreciated
- There will be a designated grinding area, however you must be sure to bring your own safety glasses or equivalent PPE

MTRAS sign in procedures - PLEASE READ
As you approach the science center, please use the entrance doors on the right side. When you enter the lobby look for the sign-in table, which will have a MTRAS flyer attached, on your right near the Security Stand.
You will sign in and be given a wrist band specific for MTRAS members, and then you may go to our new meeting location "Innovation Incubator" makerspace" for the meeting. The room in located on the first floor down the left hallway next to the "Sound Box" exhibit. You MUST have a wristband to attend MTRAS meetings and afternoon workshops, and we encourage you to re-use your meeting wristband for the workshop.
