Other Maker Groups

A group for exploring Processing, Pure Data, Max, Jitter, Ableton, Max4Live, Quartz Composer, C++, Cinder, openFrameworks, Arduino, Propeller, Raspberry Pi, Lilypad, Wiimote, Xbox Kinect, XBee, interactive circuits, sensors and other creative code and circuits. Hoping for meetings here and there for project demos, coding basics, collaborations and workshops for specific interests.

Make Nashville is a place for Nashville makers to share ideas, knowledge, and resources. We are dedicated to the three b's: building, bending, and breaking. Our members host workshops, meetings, open-builds, and special performances. If you read Make magazine and/or create crazy contraptions, then this group is for you!

The Nashville Mini Maker Faire (or NMMF from here on out) is a one day exhibition of creative making. Think of NMMF as a local version of Maker Faire Bay Area or World Maker Faire New York, two yearly exhibitions organized by Make Magazine.

NMMF is one of over 100 “mini” faires around the globe, organized by local grassroots makers. NMMF will host exhibitors, vendors, workshop teachers, panelists and performers from around the region. The faire will take place at the Adventure Science Center, using its outdoor campus.

We encourage and promote safe sport rocketry in the middle Tennessee area.
